Study Description: Screening study for pulmonary nodule biomarkers

Goal/Aim of study: The purpose of this research is to evaluate the usefulness of a genomic test, the Percepta Nasal Swab, in determining the risk of lung cancer when a lung nodule is detected by imaging performed as part of lung cancer screening or incidentally during a medical workup.

Name of Study: Clinical Validation Study for Non-Invasive Diagnosis of Skin Cancer (A Multi-Site Clinical Study of AURA in the US)

Study Description: Screening study for clinical validation of a diagnostic medical device.

Goal/Aim of study: This is a clinical research Study to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of AURA, a diagnostic medical device intended to assist dermatologists, in assessing if a lesion has a high or low probability for cancer and determining if clinical intervention (such as a biopsy) or treatment is warranted.

Name of Study: GRAIL: REFLECTION: Real World Evidence for Learnings in Early Cancer Detection, a Clinical Practice Learning Program Galleri

PI: Mark Kindy, PhD

Study Description: Screening study for multiple cancers

Goal/Aim of study: This is a population study that uses the Galleri, LLC. (GRAIL) blood test to check for the presence of cancer, as well as the type of cancer. This study looks to determine if the Galleri multi-cancer early detection (MCED) test will improve general health measures by checking for more than 50 cancers through a simple blood draw.

Name of Study: Colonoscopy versus Stool-based Testing for Older Adults with a History of Colon Polyps: The COOP Trial

PI: Brijesh Patel, MD

Study Description: Screening study for Colorectal Cancer

Goal/Aim of study: To compare yearly at-home stool-based (fecal) testing, using a fecal immunochemical test (FIT), to colonoscopy as a test for early detection of colorectal cancer in adults aged 65-82 who have had small growths, or polyps, in their colon or rectum.
